B2B Growth Marketing Partner (for Architecture Firms)

We’re looking for problem-solvers who think like founders, act like leaders, and care like friends, the kind of person who strives for excellence in everything they do.

About UNCOMMON Architects

We’re not a marketing agency.

We’re a growth partner helping architecture firms connect with real estate developers and land better, more meaningful projects.

We work only with firms that want to grow with impact — creating architecture that improves communities, sustainability, and the built environment.

Our work is personal.

We don’t just build systems — we build relationships.

🎯 The Mission

Be the right hand of our clients — strategically and personally.

You’ll lead a small portfolio of architecture firms and become their trusted partner, helping them grow their business, build confidence, and win the projects they dream about.

You’ll need to understand their goals, their frustrations, and even their personality — because what we do only works when there’s real connection and trust.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Lead 4–6 architecture clients and build genuine relationships with each founder or partner.
  • Deeply understand their business, challenges, and ambitions.
  • Design and execute 3–6 month B2B growth roadmaps (LinkedIn outreach, ABM, PR, SEO, …).
  • Guide the internal delivery team (content, PR, SEO) to align with client goals.
  • Join client calls. Not as “the agency” but as their business ally.
  • Anticipate needs before they say them; help them think through business challenges.
  • Create a space for honest conversations and long-term trust.

What We Mean by “Growth Partner”

You’re not just reporting metrics.

You’re someone who:

  • Cares about your clients as people.
  • Can sense when something’s off and knows how to bring clarity.
  • Makes hard conversations easy because trust already exists.
  • Brings positive energy, even when things get messy.
  • Wants to see clients win, not just complete deliverables.

This is part strategist, part consultant, part psychologist, and part friend.

You’re a Fit If You

  • Have 3–5 years in B2B marketing and client management (agency background or similar)
  • Thrive on relationships, not transactions.
  • Can create processes, think strategically and act tactically.
  • Are a natural problem-solver and solution-sicker.
  • Communicate with empathy, confidence, and curiosity.
  • Love working with ambitious entrepreneurs and helping them grow.
  • Speak fluent English and can lead client calls confidently.
  • Bonus: experience in architecture, design, or real estate industries.

🧠 Skills You’ll Need

You won’t be doing everything yourself — but you’ll need to understand each area deeply enough to ensure quality, guide the team, and connect strategy to execution.

Core Skills

  • SEO — solid understanding of both content and technical SEO to build strategies that actually drive visibility and inbound leads.

  • Lead Generation — experience with LinkedIn and email outreach, crafting personalized messaging, and managing data enrichment processes.

  • ABM (Account-Based Marketing) — ability to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value targets strategically.

  • Content Creation — sense of storytelling and tone; ability to ensure all content aligns with the client’s ICP and brand.

  • Design Taste — not a designer, but you know what good design looks like and how it supports positioning.

  • Website Management — comfortable reviewing, structuring, and optimizing websites for clarity, UX, and conversions.

  • Automation Tools — experience (or at least strong curiosity) with Make, Zapier, and similar tools to streamline workflows.

  • AI Fluency — deep use of ChatGPT and custom GPTs or similar tools to generate ideas, research, and optimize delivery with intelligence and creativity.

  • Client & Team Management — able to lead conversations with confidence, build relationships, and keep multiple projects moving smoothly.

  • PR & Outreach (Nice to Have) — understanding of digital PR, press submissions, and collaborations to grow authority.

In short: you’re a strategist who connects all the dots — from visibility to credibility to growth — ensuring excellence in everything delivered.

You’ll be working with a powerful and evolving stack of tools to run our systems efficiently, creatively, and with precision. You don’t have to be an expert in all of them, but you must understand how they work together to deliver results.

Application Process

PHASE 1 — Initial Form

Tell us about your background, experience, and how you think.

We’re not looking for perfect resumes — we’re looking for people who care, take ownership, and think strategically.

This first step helps us understand your story, your motivations, and whether UNCOMMON feels like a place you’d thrive.

PHASE 2 — Video + Task

If selected, you’ll record a short 2-minute video introducing yourself and complete a brief written task.

This helps us see how you communicate, think through challenges, and express ideas clearly — skills that matter more than credentials.

PHASE 3 — Challenges / Exercises

You’ll receive a realistic client scenario to work on.

This is your chance to show how you’d approach strategy, problem-solving, and collaboration in the real world.

We’re not testing you on marketing tactics — we want to see how you think, prioritize, and lead with intention.

PHASE 4 — Final Interview

If everything aligns, you’ll meet directly with Estéfano (Founder of UNCOMMON Architects) for a final conversation.

This is not a test — it’s an open discussion about your values, goals, and how we can grow together.

We care about trust, alignment, and long-term partnership above all.
